Option 1: Free Initial Consultation (30 minutes)

A complimentary 30-minute virtual meeting to:

• Introduce how Sarén Home works
• Understand your space, needs, and design direction
• Discuss scope, timelines, and next steps

This session is ideal if you’re at an early stage and would like to explore whether we’re the right fit.

Option 2: Design Fee - Per Living Space

A professional design fee covering one living space, such as:

• Living room / living–dining area
• Bedroom(s)
• Study or home office

This fee allows us to deliver a fully bespoke design and sourcing proposal, including:

• Space-specific design thinking
• Tailored furniture layouts
• Moodboards
• Hand-picked furniture, lighting, soft furnishings and décor
• Customisable options sourced specifically for your project
